Manages the information technology department. Implements and maintains policies and goals that support the organizations IT needs. Ensures proper functioning of the information processing system and oversees necessary upgrades.
Monitors operational suspense and clearance accounts, inventory, and dealer accounts along with performing account risk analysis to ensure compliance with firm accounting policies/industry regulations.
Prepares and processes monthly journal entries including recurring entries. Reviews accounts and source documents or other systems for accuracy and reasonableness. Ensures proper classification of expenditures as well as all monthly closing entries and accruals.
The Analyst II, Decision Support Services is responsible for providing strategic reporting and information to the hospital and division leadership by analyzing operational volumes, expense & service utilization, and the competitive position in the marketplace.
Develop distribution ready reports, analyses, and presentations on book of business as well as individual clients, providers, or departments; work closely with Sales Team or Provider Relations Team to meet client or provider data reporting needs.
Works on basic to more complex financial analyses assignments or projects. Prepares financial reports by downloading information from single or multiple sources, compiles databases and formulates spreadsheets.
Supports and assists with implementing product marketing strategies across the multiple applications of technology and products incorporating customer needs, competitive assessments, and strategies to drive differentiation and barriers to entry.
