Receive and investigate adverse occurrences and potential compensatory events, medical malpractice claims, patient complaints and highly sensitive billing dispute and analyze for riskliability exposure.
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
Provide strategic oversight of risk management committees with accountability for distribution of organizational communication vertically and horizontally within Lakeside Medical Center and vertically with the Healthcare District as appropriate.
As a Patient Safety Risk Manager, you will develop patient safety programs, identify business growth opportunities, and assess patient safety/risk management concepts and professional standards/regulations. You will be highly skilled in professional speaking and writing suitable for publication.
Responsible for the identification, assessment, oversight, reporting, and disclosure of all key risks across the company and to ensure that business procedures and/or financial risks are in compliance with applicable regulatory and corporate standards and policies.
Perform timely and independent credit analysis on the firms trading counterparties, utilizing fundamental credit analysis while taking into account the quantitative and qualitative factors including quality of its management, their trading strategies and risk management practices.
Strong analytical skills. Familiar with large datasets environment; experience in statistical and data analysis in at least one of the following statistical software packages: SAS/SQL (required), R, or Python.
