In this role, you will be leading our global recruiting strategy and process, developing recruitment programs and strategies that ensure a successful search. In addition, you will be responsible for the development of individuals on the team.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to: market and Internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting, attending seminars and local networking events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, communicating, and sustaining domestic and global programs to meet the strategic goals of the RMS business area and the corporation overall.
Coordinate with the country hrss teams to manage the job offer, completion of mandatory pre-employment requirements, badge creation of new hires and discussions with citI at work for onboarding documents.
Manage the VOE administration process by completing all due diligence for the years survey, maintaining constant communication with VOE Coordinators and providing trainings and communications as needed.
Develop strong relationships with leadership throughout the organization and help drive and influence results for the function. Consults with HR and business leadership to identify emerging workforce trends
In this role, you will supports effective employee relations programs and initiatives, including work complaints, employee concerns, and individual counseling related to performance issues. Serves as mediator to resolve employee issues and advises management on progressive discipline matters.
