In this role, you will supports effective employee relations programs and initiatives, including work complaints, employee concerns, and individual counseling related to performance issues. Serves as mediator to resolve employee issues and advises management on progressive discipline matters.
Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function as well as internal compliance of selection and recruitment in accordance with defined policies and procedures - including auditing quarterly dispositions and OFCCP regulations.
The Mgr, Talent Acquisition Ops is responsible for driving centralized operational effectiveness for the TA team which include owning and executing Talent Acquisition reporting (both internally within TA and externally to the business), tracking recruiter performance and generating scorecards.
In this role, you will be leading our global recruiting strategy and process, developing recruitment programs and strategies that ensure a successful search. In addition, you will be responsible for the development of individuals on the team.
