The Nursing Quality Assurance Coordinator will have the primary responsibility and over sight for the protection of patients from harm by improving quality processes. This role is accomplished by participating in key quality improvement (QI) activities and projects related to Nursing Specific and house-wide efforts on Performance Improvement where nurses are assigned.
The selected candidate will manage and report on financial and accounting aspects of assigned portfolio, including performance and profitability, timelines of disposition, overall characteristics, status and general reporting to senior management.
The selected candidate will communicate with secondary, underwriting and client management teams through detailed summary notes to ensure appropriate identification of loan issues and adherence to policy and procedures.
In this role, you will serve as a member of PQI team to implement a Quality Management system that oversees sampleling, data collection, analysis, evaluation and redesign. Participate in the system wide approach and in conjunction with CMO Quality teams and CMO staff
In this role, you will be responsible for
managing operations center and divisional quality through program evaluations and by implementing the components of the QM process/activities in specified divisions within the operations center.
