Facilitates instructor - led training programs, workshops, and classes. Manages the classroom through effective facilitation techniques that enable efficient delivery of curriculum and a training environment conducive to learning.
In this role, you will be responsible for
managing operations center and divisional quality through program evaluations and by implementing the components of the QM process/activities in specified divisions within the operations center.
The Specialist must be a person of high integrity. Coordination, attention to detail, time management and communication are the key functions of this position with regard to supporting the planning and monitoring of compliance and quality activities.
The HEDIS QI Specialist coordinates QI activity and supports various functions within the scope of the Network's QI Program including physician education, regulatory standard adherence, performance monitoring, clinical practice guideline management, data collection, abstraction and analysis to further the advancement of the quality improvement program.
