The Senior Director of Architecture Projects and Design will manage all day to day operations within the design department; this candidate will lead all projects and ensure all deadlines are met and are achieved within budget.
This role will need someone with strong people management and project management experience. Actively and professionally communicate with Business Units, Service Centers, Division, Corporate and/or Facility stakeholders to manage multiple project Business Owner(s) and team member relationships to accomplish project goals.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and delivery of strategic programs across the enterprise; continuous improvement in project management , driving efficiency and effectiveness.
In this role, you will be responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the development of all of the Facility Construction for major land, attraction or hotel development (the Project), including all planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the Project within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the qualification, procurement, selection, contracting and performance of all Contractors, Vendors, Manufacturers, Fabricators, etc. required to complete the facility development of the Project.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the evaluation of assigned programs on a continual basis and ensures programs/activities respond to member needs and address their gender and cultural diversity.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overall project authority and responsibility as owner's representative for gaming development projects, including but not limited to estimates, budgets, schedules, contracts, job cost reporting, etc.
This individual will lead biomedical research and clinical faculty to develop and present commercialization grant applications to the Oversight Committee (OC) that are translational in nature, address an unmet clinical need, and have market potential.
In this role, you will execute strategies for assigned platforms as they relate to system evolution, new functionality, general enhancements, product stability and overall system health and maintenance.
