This role is responsible for improving the productivity of the Talent Management- Sales Training organization through innovative training program development and deployment. This person is responsible for managing a team of Training Delivery individuals whose primary focus is to support the Sales and Sales Support Organizations.
The Sales Operations Manager provides business critical sales insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of sales and company goals and execution, and helps drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.
The ideal candidate will lead and guide the development team and will focus providing sound leadership, educate and develop account team members in terms to manage clients deliverables. will provide guidance to more junior client service members of the account team.
The candidates will facilitate all permission requests coordinating with the requester as well as the appropriate office for establishing the elevated permissions. Candidates will ensure all requests are properly documented.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead the the planning, development and introduction of new, customer-relevant products to the personal lines homeowners, dwelling fire and coastal catastrophe markets.
In this role, the candidate will collaborate across Application Services to identify and communicate integration issues between services; connect enabling teams such as the development centers, professional services support center, and other service-based teams, to ensure a positive overall support service delivery experience for customers.
The Product Manager will be responsible for the overall lifecycle of the Singer Brand to include but not limited to: Ideation, Tech Pack Development, RFQ build, Supplier/Costing negotiations, work in process through Fulfillment.
