Ensures that patient care and service standards are met. Service lines are built; compliance with state and federal laws, regulations and standards regarding the provision of pharmaceutical services and processes for revenue cycle are compliant.
The Operations Manager is responsible for supporting Operation's objectives throughout the LTC division structure. Inlcuding Standard Operating Procedures, current best practices, standardization of these procedures and operational initiatives as assigned.
In this role, you will plan and manage the pharmacy in compliance within all legal and regulatory parameters, in cooperation with all other branch departments, and as an efficient and profitable business center.
