The Business Operations Analyst will provide analytical support to business leaders and department heads to drive results that are in line with Travel Nursings strategic and operational imperatives; working in conjunction with the Travel Nursing Leadership team to develop plans and actions to achieve desired outcomes, improve productivity and overall performance.
In this position, you will support the management of SOF, NATO SOF, and Interagency partners designated to support Overseas Contingency Operations with operational planning to support indirect lines of operation with the most operationally relevant and accessible information.
The candidate will acting as a regional Level 2 point of contact, taking ownership of operational issues and perform short-term resolution, and escalating/developing preventive measures for long term solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will support to ensure all special operations deployments are tailored to meet the requirements of the President of the United States (POTUS), Secretary of Defense (SECDEF), and the Geographic Combatant Commanders; and assists in direction of force deployment.

project management and leadership for designated upgrades, new applications or modules, data loads, requirements gathering, business process review, risk management, testing, documentation, communication, and user training needs requirements.
In this role, you will develop a senior level seminar by leading through communication, presentation and facilitation of working groups during a series of engagements of analytical process called design workshops while adequately dealing with incomplete, ambiguous and sometimes misinformed information.
In this role, you will prepare and maintain in-depth analysis, modeling, monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and reporting of financial and business performance to support company-wide financial and operational goals and initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide creative solutions to current problems including process enhancements, improvements and or automation; drive marketing strategies to enhance Registration throughput within the expansion states.
