This position is responsible for ensuring the needs of our clients, lawyers and staff are met through the efficient administration and collaboration of local office and firm-wide resources in the areas of client accounting, accounts payable, information technology, facilities management, human resources, and other support services. The Office Administrator works closely with all levels of firm leadership to ensure adherence to firm policies and best practices. Leads change on behalf of the firm at the office level.
Work telephonically and in the field with patients identified as high risk to identify needs, set goals and implement action steps towards achieving goals. Empower patients to help them improve their quality of life.
In this role, the selected candidate will direct, manage and oversee the daily operations of the office to ensure that it is operating efficiently; provide regular direction and leadership to staff, including administrative and secretarial support, on projects and assignments.
Ensuring complete location audit compliance with all corporate policies and procedures is a top priority in this role. Bottom line results are expected of the Office Manager, with a strong emphasis on managing a budget.
