The Instructional Designer is responsible for the development of training materials across the global organization including the creation and maintenance of: curriculum; SOP; support documents; and e-lessons; etc.
The instructional designer will consult with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance needs and recommend solutions. Develops a solid understanding of occm products and processes to complete task analysis and determine training requirements.
In this role, you will collect information from current military job, task, duties, training, and manpower resources to perform front-end analyses of the existing training situation for particular weapons systems or platforms.
In this role, you will assist analysis and production team in analysis, design, and development of training systems and materials and maintain repository of templates, documents, and reference materials for use in curriculum and training modules.
The position requires expertise in the area of Front End Analysis (FEA), strong understanding of Computer-Based Training (CBT) Learning Objective (LO) design and development using Instructional Systems Design models to utilize multimedia technology, and COTS authoring tools.
