The business systems analyst is responsible for documenting system requirements on a continuous basis. This position is responsible for the designing of system requirements, gathering business rules and maintaining system documentation.

In this role, you will plan, control, and coordinate the development of Salesforce integration, upgrade, and enhancement projects from the initial definition phase, taking the concepts and following through to a successful deployment.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform gap analysis between existing systems and Acclaim system and capabilities, coupled with new and existing business requirements that may arise during product enhancement and/or Client Implementations in regards to all material impacted.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist IT process owners in the creation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures to support information assurance and regulatory compliance activities, by providing input on control objectives and activities.
In this role, you will utilizes an intermediate understanding of multiple data structures and sources to lead the design, development and implementation of decision support solutions, which may include data visualization, business intelligence, or data collection.
In this role, the selected candidate will be managing contractual engagements with vendors and Citi Sourcing resources including negotiation of new contracts, amendments to existing terms, and ongoing renewals.
