The primary mission of the HR Coordinator is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department. Including: Assisting the HR Business Partner in collaborating with the business to provide improved value.
Provide Human Resources generalist support for Operating Company. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Human Resources Business Partner works strategically with leadership to successfully execute local, regional, and corporate initiatives within the Opco. The Human Resources Business Partner is involved with key initiatives and ensuring such initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance for assigned client groups. The HR BPs report to the Director, Human Resources located in Clearwater.
Responds to human resource related inquiries and issues from therapists and field management in a timely manner Identifies retention issues and turnover trends and works with regional team members to appropriately address issues.
Manage the employee relations function by creating a partnership with program leadership and staff to resolve employee relations issues. Provide on-going evaluation of employee relations and work-related problems and determine the most effective remediation techniques. Escalate issues beyond his/her capability by using the appropriate escalation protocol.
Responsible for driving profit in the district through effective application of human resources activities; partnering with the District General Manager (DGM) and the district team, will act as liaison between employees, management and the HR function.
In this role, the selected candidate will facilitate, in cooperation with ownership, the administration of the functional areas of HR and be an integral part of providing an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement and the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Ideal candidate will have experience working in an applicant tracking system, contact relationship management system and external talent sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search and AIRS CIR techniques.
