Directs team of Area Managers to reinforce strategic performance results regarding revenue, contribution margin percentage, client satisfaction, client retention, client visitation, team development, and related performance measures.
Provide support in the development and maintenance of job descriptions for each position within the center to include each major job/position activity and minimum qualification levels of education/experience required.
In this role, you will supports effective employee relations programs and initiatives, including work complaints, employee concerns, and individual counseling related to performance issues. Serves as mediator to resolve employee issues and advises management on progressive discipline matters.
Insure compliance with all state and federal employment related statutes such as EEOC, non-discrimination, record keeping, etc. Ensure adherence and administration of all HR policies, procedures, guidelines and operating and measurement systems.
Assist in the annual updates of compensation program in accordance with corporate guidelines; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; monitors performance evaluation program and makes recommendations for revisions as necessary.
Maintains the human resource information system to ensure that management has access to appropriate people information to run the business. Provided additional hr data and reports to managers as requested.
Working with operations leadership and Human Resources Business Partner, assists with planning of objectives, and executes established strategies and tactics to maximize a productive, engaged workforce.
