In this role, you will be responsible to
delivers PHRS HR components and makes recommendations to clients regarding benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and information systems. Manages client activities and on-site visits to create and develop strong business relationships, retain clients, ensure quality service, and build revenue. Responsible for both ASO and PEO clients.

In this role, the selected candidate will assist with background screen process including drug free workplace random screening process; ensure compliance in all locations with federal and state posted compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and/or performing a variety of HR functions which may include: benefit administration, performance and compensation management, recruiting/staffing, employee relations, implementation of policies and procedures, training, HRIS support and employee communications.
In this role, you will execute proactive employee engagement programs to ensure high levels of management credibility and business performance. Examples include: Operations change management, roundtable programs and leadership assessments.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing effective, accurate, and proactive support to specified member or members of the HR team. Acts as a point of contact for managers and employees who require HR assistance.
