In this role, the selected candidate will develop, recommend and implement new and revised compensation and benefits policies and procedures in order to be responsive to the Companys goals and competitive practices.
Responsible for driving profit in the district through effective application of human resources activities; partnering with the District General Manager (DGM) and the district team, will act as liaison between employees, management and the HR function.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and policy-writing for the various rules and regulations that affect Human Resources. The selected candidate will ensure that department policies and procedures are in compliance with various Human Resources and Labor laws.
Responds to human resource related inquiries and issues from therapists and field management in a timely manner Identifies retention issues and turnover trends and works with regional team members to appropriately address issues.
