In this role, the selected candidate will provide coaching and guidance to OpCo leaders and associates regarding employment issues in such areas as policy and procedure interpretation/application, dispute resolution, corrective action, leaves of absence, harassment, and terminations.
In this role, you will develop and implement workforce planning, talent management, organization design and other human resource effectiveness strategies improve business performance. The selected candidate will also be navigating organizational complexity and complex change.
In this role, you will provide HR observations related to departmental issues in meetings and one-on-one. Interpret talent management data for departments and work with VP of HR to develop appropriate initiatives.
