Manage the employee relations function by creating a partnership with program leadership and staff to resolve employee relations issues. Provide on-going evaluation of employee relations and work-related problems and determine the most effective remediation techniques. Escalate issues beyond his/her capability by using the appropriate escalation protocol.
Providing broad strategic HR leadership in areas such as employee engagement and retention, people development, organizational design, coaching and mentorship, compensation and total rewards, employee recognition, communication strategy, team building, and cross-functional collaboration.
Provide Human Resources generalist support for Operating Company. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Human Resources Business Partner works strategically with leadership to successfully execute local, regional, and corporate initiatives within the Opco. The Human Resources Business Partner is involved with key initiatives and ensuring such initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
