The HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans focused on human capital management, customer satisfaction and business performance for assigned client groups. The HR BPs report to the Director, Human Resources located in Clearwater.
Provide Human Resources generalist support for Operating Company. As a member of the senior leadership team, the Human Resources Business Partner works strategically with leadership to successfully execute local, regional, and corporate initiatives within the Opco. The Human Resources Business Partner is involved with key initiatives and ensuring such initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Work with management to define talent management needs to design and implement HR programs and practices e.g., organizational design, workforce development/planning, talent review, succession planning, talent acquisition, compensation management, etc.
Advise leaders on learning and organizational development. May include program implementation such as ensuring completion of employee development plans, updating the succession plan and implementing other programs and tools.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with the VP to assess employee attitudes, communicate organizational culture to employees, communicate policies and procedures to employees, ensure HR programs are aligned with culture, keeping the business units and functions updated on HR initiatives, track trends in employee behaviors.
