As an Assistant Facilities Manager with Hines, you will act in a supporting role for a client's operations, take ownership of certain elements of the facilities operations scope of work, run projects, and provide response and coordination of resolution for specific requests.
The Sr. Manager provides leadership for south region facility managers and employees in a shared services operating model. This position holds primary responsibility for achieving service delivery excellence, meeting financial objectives, attaining high customer satisfaction, and leading shared services strategic initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate works cooperatively with corporate and local management to develop and attain the goals and objectives of a secure, forensic treatment facility according to the policy direction of the company and within the scope defined by the client agency.
Overview: This position is responsible for achieving the expected level of service delivery as described in the Service Level Agreements and measured by the Key Performance Indicators at all assigned facilities within a facility or geographic area.
Manages a staff of 11 maintenance employees and oversees the facility and infrastructure related to approximately 433,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse, and office space in a seven-day operation. Scope includes the facility and infrastructure for plant assigned to include building and grounds, chillers, boilers, compressed air, and fire suppression.
In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of the daily business operations of the dialysis clinic including managing the functions and actions related to the center staff, quality of overall provision of patient care, maintenance of the physical plant and center equipment, and inventory control.
