The Corporate Recruiter role requires a proven track record in centralized, high volume, on-line based recruiting and/or sales. The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position approval through to successful integration into Hertz.
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in order to manage and prioritize competing recruitment assignments in a dynamic environment, including partnering with multiple internal and external customers simultaneously is required.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborates with the Senior Corporate Recruiter & Director of HR to develop recruitment programs and identifies sources to attract qualified applicants; writes and places job advertisements in various media
Effectively supporting full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting, conducting background checks, and closing qualified entry-level to executive-level candidates as assigned by the Recruiting Manager.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, hiring managers, community organizations and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
