schedule and / or attend Kickoff or Discovery conference calls with our clients to identify the topography of their IT systems, the products and platforms they utilize, and appropriate discovery tool to collect installation data from these environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for building the modules identified in the requirements process, continually monitor performance of the code, and work to optimize it in consultation with senior technical staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for working on support cases on a daily basis including initial triage, isolating and diagnosing the problem, ensuring issues are reproducible and subsequent resolution of the issue.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role across three primary areas: sustaining engineering; new product introduction support; and continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will optimize manufacturing processes, design cell layouts to maximize efficiency, and develop tooling and fixturing.
