Director of Finance will be responsible for Ad Hoc reports, Strategic planning, Full cycle revenue accounting, AP, AR, Journal Entries, Bookkeeping, Budgets, forecast, meet deadlines, Create and Present budgets, can explain deficits and can articulate every accounting related issue.
Provide strategic direction, leadership, development and personal mentoring for a ~40 person team of highly talented individuals who are focused on delivering exceptional Member service and financial oversight to DVCs Member base and thirteen (13) Resorts.
Assist the COO and CFO in financing activities including the sourcing and closing debt and equity transactions; develop financial models for various real estate related financings, acquisitions & developments.
Oversee analysis, design and implementation of planning systems and procedures; identify and drive continuous improvement efforts; participate in financial and operational target setting for the company.
Provide support to operations and senior leadership in analysis of strategic financial / business decisions (substantial investments, operating model changes, revenue generative strategic opportunities, corporate development).
Oversee all daily accounting functions of the branch including cash receipts, cash disbursements, journal entries and vendor/insurance company payables to insure that daily activity is current and accurate.
