This position is responsible for oversight of Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Treasury Management, Reimbursement, and Utilization Management. The position monitors all regulatory and government agencies reporting, including bond compliance.
In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department, supporting corporate forecasting & budgeting, managing the financial and month end close & reporting processes, strategic planning, supervising & developing staff, process improvement, and more.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead a team of 4 Management level individuals in creating and implementing SOX compliance rules, a new standardized accounting method in accordance to both GAAP and IFRS standards, and adjusting current accounting controls for better accuracy and efficiency, work with established Controllers to facilitate accurate and timely closing on a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis.
