In this role, the selected candidate will create/design and run database reports using report writing tools based on end-user needs; identifies appropriate metrics on which to report and utilizes software to generate metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
The Database and Reporting Analyst role will be responsible for data mining, management, aggregation, and analysis in support of business operational needs. This includes working with large amounts of data and drawing meaningful conclusions; using SQL, Access and other resources for compiling data; perform data mapping and data integration; translate business requests to technical requirements; report generation and distribution; automation of manual reporting processes; and production of key performance metrics.
