In this role, the selected candidate will manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general & entity accounting, cost accounting, Human Resources, and Operations etc.
Coordinates process and perform quality review of annual billing reconciliations, annual budgets and quarterly forecast for assigned properties. Coordinates and grows accounting team for institutional clients across various asset classes.

The Assistant Controller Financial Accounting role will be responsible for all the general accounting functions including, but not limited to, general ledger closing, financial reporting, account analysis, year-end audit, preparation on required financial filings with the Companys lenders as well as third parties and bank reconciliations.
Plan, manage, and control the general accounting and cost accounting functions of the Division, including financial planning and analysis, accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivable, corporate financial reporting, and cost accounting.
