In this role, you will be responsible for

In this role, you will maintain excellent organizational and professional communication skills in dealing with physicians, outside contracting entities, members of the hospital staff, and various corporate/regional office resources.
In this role, you will assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts. Interact with members of the customer service, parts and transactional services, field service, repair service and / or other teams.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the Contracts team and provide necessary coaching and perform related performance; establish and implement procedures for contract correspondence and documentation to ensure
deadlines are met.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for writing comprehensive subcontracts and purchase orders; assist with the buy-out process, including negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers and awarding of scopes of work.
Preparation of agreements and additional business documents including, but not limited to, master services agreements / subscription agreements, addendum, supplements, and additional written instruments as needed for prospective and existing customers.
Responsible for the day to day management of the Universal or Universal Creative contracting process, including the issuance of request for proposals (RFPs), invitation for bid (IFB's) and contract documents for all facility construction, architectural & engineering (A&E) design, consultant agreements and creative works.
