Lead and/or participate on projects and initiatives, such as product design and development activities and operations/production initiatives, providing regulatory compliance guidance with regard to some, if not all, of the following areas: medical devices, API manufacturing, aseptic processing, combination products, and ophthalmic solutions.
The Specialist must be a person of high integrity. Coordination, attention to detail, time management and communication are the key functions of this position with regard to supporting the planning and monitoring of compliance and quality activities.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide support Global Information Security (GIS) EAC, collaborating across GT&O and multiple EAC and FLU compliance teams to design monitoring programs & assessments to ensure controls are appropriately managed.
In this role, you will be responsible to develops, implements, and supports compliance programs. Provides staff and faculty support with academic and accreditation program proposals, processes reports.
Review retail communications, disclosures, notices, reports, forms, and correspondence for compliance with firm and industry rules. Provide support and guidance for compliance efforts in assigned business entity.
In this position, you will participate in the oversight of all lines of business within the state, the integration of company's corporate ethics and compliance program, the ongoing oversight and analysis of regulatory compliance based on state contract and the review and approval of all marketing materials prior to approval from state partner.
