In this role, the selected candidate will monitor and test the effectiveness of the front line unit and control function compliance risk controls for enterprise area of coverage; identify aggregate, report and escalate compliance risks, issues and control enhancements for enterprise area of coverage.
This individual will have responsibility for defining and implementing a robust governance model in respect to managing all aspects of tax reporting and compliance with particular emphasis on best practice process and procedure.
In this role, you will conduct internal audits on business practices related to claims to ensure compliance on areas such as prompt pay/ LPI, acknowledgement letters, rejections, accoutrements, etc. Maintain detailed records of audit activities and results. Prepare regular summary reports to management, along with specific and/or overall recommendations to correct any compliance issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will conduct IT risk
assessments, evaluates controls, and provides feedback to management and process owners on the design and effectiveness of Technology control processes.
