The Client Sales and Service Officer II has primary responsibility for supporting all client post sales activities for the most complex clients by leveraging experience and product knowledge to monitor and execute all tasks required to fulfill the client service plan and meet day-to-day inquiries from the client.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining high-value relationships with transportation clients of all modes in the Central Florida market which includes FDOT and county agencies that have Transportation programs.
You will provide expertise and support of product issues for the Velocity, loan origination software, product suite. You will also act as the primary focal point between Client and Product Management / Development for product issues and problem resolution for production clients.
In this role, you will provide service and training for external client applications including but not limited to Care360 LO&R and Labs & Meds, Auto receive, Bridge Support, Interface Support, PC operating systems (win & mac), Software Firewall and Astea
