The CMO leads clinical and quality initiatives that support the provision of consistent clinical performance and practice standards across the hospital; reviews quality performance with hospital leadership.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and corporate transactional work. Experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of healthcare-related agreements as well as experience advising on regulatory; compliance; or internet marketing compliance matters.

In this role, the selected candidate must have a law firm and/or in-house experience performing corporate and transactional work, including drafting and negotiating documents for, and performing legal due diligence with regard to, private equity investments and venture capital financing (including both equity-based and debt-based), real estate purchases and sales, and investment fund investments.
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills given that the attorney will have extensive interaction with the business units, gco colleagues both in the us and abroad, citI control functions, citI clients and external legal counsel.
In this role, you will coordinate the administrative work efforts of the legal department staff, as may be delegated by the General Counsel, and serves as a legal advisor to provide guidance on a variety of legal matters brought to the office of the General Counsel.
