The Business Risk (BR) Officer is responsible for assisting the BR Manager in key policy adherence and monitoring by working closely with Sales, Investments, Products, Legal, Compliance, Operations, OSJ and interface with internal auditors and regulators.
Develop and manage business analysis phase/stage plans (i.e., major activities, activities, tasks, milestones, schedule, resource allocation); lead and direct small, medium and large business line teams in medium to large projects.

The selected candidate will be required to identify business needs and recommend solutions, which may entail initiatives ranging from new product research to business requirements and needs assessments for new client program
Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships via phone; ability to communicate complex technical topics with users at all levels of technical expertise.
Identify synergistic opportunities between upstream and downstream systems such as TreppPort and our advanced ETL infrastructure to alleviate duplicative processes and procedures both across and within the mortgage servicing team.
Support the Senior Internal Controls Officer in the standardization of a Risk Control Matrix (RCM) process, to assist the businesses for Pre LD1 activities for all divestitures in the Holdings Portfolio. For Post LD1, work with TSA and Migration Managers to continue the RCM processes to identify any issues.
Performs audits and evaluations of business applications, IT infrastructures, and operating practices including security, disaster recovery, data center operations, system dependability & associated data in accordance with IIA standards.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports; work with internal business partners to refine incoming reporting and analysis requests and convert to specific actionable requirements.
Design and create graphics to convey the value of technology projects/investments, particularly in support of technology goals;prepare data visualizations to provide insights, make raw data actionable and facilitate decision-making.
