Develop and recommends specifications for new plans or modifies existing plans to maintain company's competitive position in labor market, and obtain uniform benefit package for all company locations, where possible.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan, design and implement compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures; develop, deploy and manage a compensation system that will encompass job leveling, salary grades and job descriptions.
Assists in plan design and execution of the wellness program and annual Health Fair to include coordination with vendors/broker and communication of the program to the Team Members as well as BioMetric screening, health assessments, and any other wellness events.

Responsible for recommendation/presentation/implementation of new benefit plans. Manages the creation and updating of communication materials of benefit plans; ensure compliance with state and federal benefit regulations relative to benefit design.
Responsible for the management of department staff and the underwriting of prospective and existing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) Health & Benefit clients through the implementation of proper risk mitigation strategies and underwriting methodologies to achieve company and carrier specific targeted loss ratios and profitability of the overall book of business.
