In this position you will support and drives transformation and change initiatives for ADP TotalSource's HR and Benefit products and services. Provides HR and Benefits solutions by process re-engineering and technology infusions handling all aspects of a project's life cycle.
In this role, the selected candidate will work cross-functionality across Medical Management, Provider Network Management, Operations and Finance to ensure benefits adhere to quality goals, network needs, medical management rules and accurate claim payment.
Candidates should have a strong working knowledge of benefits and be comfortable working with analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a background working with retirement plans, strong Excel skills, and the desire to take on increasing responsibility as their career progresses.
The Executive Compensation Analyst will have the opportunity to lead the executive compensation planning process, design programs and communications, and partner with leaders as a subject matter expert.
In this role, you will performs annual market analysis to include: submission of survey data and analysis of purchased surveys to determine market competitiveness, address internal equity and potential impact to salary structures.
