This position works closely with the Controller and is responsible for managing some of the organization's accounting functions including preparation and analysis of financial reports, cash management, and federal/state report filing along with other functions as assigned.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with month end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, assisting with the budget, variance analysis, assistance with cash collection, oversee credit applications, special projects, and more.
Manage documentation flow as well as update all relevant information related to requisitions and invoices. Assist with payroll administrator functions to assure employee and 3rd party labor is accurately tracked and processed in Timberline Accounting System.
The candidate will be primarily responsible for completing self-directed learning plans that facilitate hands on exposure to all aspects of hotel operations and direct interaction with all levels of hotel management, as well as managing the day-to-day accounting functions ensuring timely and accurate service, while maintaining guest satisfaction.
