In this role, you will be responsible for providing front-line supervision of customer service representatives in three to five office locations to ensure a positive customer experience and the management of accurate recording of the daily cash receipts within the offices.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the management, direction and coordination of all aspects of the Tire Operation, including quality and quantity, setting and achieving plant goals, personnel functions, waste control, production costs, safety, manning, scheduling, financial planning and budgeting, and assuring adherence to plant procedures and policies.

In this role, the selected candidate claims Technical Review is an extension of the claims department that consists of a team of analysts with a higher level skillset who perform claim plan document reviews submitted by Claims and Customer Service.
