This position supports the overall efficiency and streamlining process within our Customer Service and Inside Sales department. You will work with internal and external users to provide software application training, development, support, and process improvement.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with directors of several business divisions plus their Salesforce.com Administrator and IT department. The role is based out of the client's Evansville area office and requires no travel.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the full documentation of the enterprise communications architecture to include drawings, diagrams, operations manuals and other applicable data. Can work independently on most efforts.
In this role, you will define and perform systems analysis and development tasks to improve workflow and operating efficiency. Makes recommendations to standardize procedures and processes and to introduce new technology or improve existing technology.
