As the Territory Manager your goal is to achieve the business plan, assigned for your geography, through direct interface with convenience store customers. Your role is to represent company as a business professional and top level sales person, capable of analyzing opportunities within the C-Store environment, to develop and implement effective strategies that will yield sustainable growth of sales and profit for company and our retail partners.
The primary purpose of this position is to direct stores to operate in an efficient manner, adhering to company policies, procedures and programs that maximize potential sales, script growth, margin and profitability. Frequent independent judgments are essential. The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws.
In this role, you will be assigned to multiple projects, assist with project oversight for all projects affecting the service area, and may also be assigned to work with IT Site Director on strategic planning for the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for the direct supervision of employees and activities in the Quality Control Department. Determines laboratory strategy to align with plant and company goals and objectives for product quality.
