Lead staff of Installation Services Managers. Hire, train, coach and performance manage team of direct reports (ISM's). Manage the work of four or more ISM in their day-to-day duties. Ensure ISM productivity as it relates to gross margin, accounts receivable, measure time, services, inspections and installer capacity.
Maintains ongoing communication with staff, department leadership, and others to ensure needs are being met for staff and patients. Engages medical staff to obtain input on the operation of the department and key decisions.
