The DOD is responsible for meeting and exceeding the portals commitments in regards to project schedules, maximizing software re-use, developing and maintaining frameworks, etc. that result in efficiencies, and time/cost savings.

The Director of Development provides leadership and overall direction to the Development and Investment department; in addition, they will manage a multi-million-dollar budget of Development and Investment Department programs and projects.
