The VP IT Infrastructure will lead a diverse IT team; communicate job expectations; assemble and coordinate project team members; assign individual responsibilities, planning, monitoring, measuring, and appraising job results to measurable goals and detect potential performance problems, provide feedback for corrective action.
Obtain and participate in the analysis of all necessary documentation including, all agreements, pledges and collateral and assures that the documentation correctly reflects rates, terms and special conditions.
The successful candidate will oversee the procurement process within hospitality development and design for the efficient planning and execution of subsidiary unit infrastructure projects; ensures that purchase comply with company specifications and budget requirements.
Teaching, mentoring and leading consultative sales, strategic account planning, strategic account management, multi-stakeholder complex sales, solution sales, negotiation, territory management, value based selling, networking, new market penetration and growth strategies.
