The Project Manager (PM) successfully manages the delivery of projects or work streams across the different phases of the Project Management Life Cycle (e.g., intake, resourcing, execution, reporting , performance-tracking, close-out, etc.) while leveraging applicable PMO methodologies and tools.
Drives cross functional projects in support of the Sales division with focus on identifying impact and opportunity to create process improvement for market segments and to provide tangible outcomes for the Sales division. Interacts with other department management or subject matter experts related to products, business strategy, clinical and regulatory requirements.
The position requires strong project management/leadership, communication, organization, and presentation skills. The candidate will work in team situations to meet project timelines and business needs.
Ensure that projects/programs successfully control and monitor progress, addressing risk and issue management, resource conflicts, effective communications, and stakeholder involvement, as appropriate.
Execute the process of email campaign deployment and focus on subscriber segmentation, execution of test sends, preparing the final subscriber lists, and scheduling the deployment within the marketing automation platform.
Lead the delivery of System Upgrade or Application Development projects or assigned work packages from Initiation to Implementation.Manage multiple project stakeholders from cross-functional teams, as well as interfacing with project leaders, technology specialists, professional staff, vendors and consultants.
Ensure execution of tasks defined in the project plan to achieve the project goals. Execute all parts of the project plan and manage the budget/forecast. Monitor and control project work including change controls.
