The Payables (Disbursements) Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing these commercial payment products (ARP, Positive Pay, Check Outsourcing, CDA) including product planning and discovery, product profitability, new product development and strategic direction.
Responsible for determining and prioritizing future enhancements to the product content and methodologies including soliciting feedback from internal and external stakeholders, writing user requirements and other product documentation.
Responsible for assessing customer needs, market conditions, and competition to inform business strategy. The Category Manager implements the strategy through developing, commercializing, and monitoring the appropriate products and services.
Responsible for selection and hiring of direct reports and associates for warehouse and transportation positions. Directs their activities, evaluates their performance, and approves their merit pay increases.
Responsible for new product development, market development, marketing communications and product training to achieve global Equipment and Controlled Environment Services sales and marketing objectives.
The Product Manager plans, organizes and manages an existing portfolio of products, and crafts new products from existing product designs, from competitive analysis and from knowledge of the industry; further, the PM manages and integrates new products and product changes throughout the company.
Identifies and ensures appropriate placement, facilitation and expedition of all patient flow transactions, including direct and emergency patient admissions and transfers, in accordance with established clinical standards and knowledge of disease entities.
Provides support to the Area Leadership Team with asset management reviewing production planning, stocking parameters and asset management to ensure efficient supply chain and inventory management of flammable products.
Established processes and leadership execution in the areas of environment, health, and safety in keeping with the companys proud legacy of attention to safety, the environment, and the communities in which it exists.
Review and approve MBR/EBR/Deviations/Process and Cleaning Validation protocols/Reports/Equipment Qualification Reports and reports and communicates any changes to the Validation Master Plan in a timely manner.
Develops and designs the features of a designated new or existing product or experience to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, product groups or experiences.
