The Software Engineer III is responsible for supporting the application development functions of the company by designing, developing, and supporting innovative technical solutions. This position has no direct reports.
Analyses features such as feasibility, associated costs, time, and the compatibility of new programs with existing programs, and hardware. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved.
The nature of our applications (Retail Performance, Sales Revenue, Individual Scorecard, Champions, Pipeline) result in interaction with business and other systems personal across the bank. This fact allows us to get involved in varied, challenging, and high exposure projects along with supporting these systems.

The Developer III is responsible for working on a variety of projects and assignments to support, maintain and improve the PeopleSoft Time and Labor/Absence Management/HRMS/Payroll and Financials/Supply-Chain enterprise systems.
Utilize technical and domain knowledge to develop and implement software solutions; provide hands on mentoring to team members through all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile practices.
