The candidate will support Sales strategies and objectives, through administration of our Sales CRM, forecasting, process improvements, sales reporting and data analysis.
As a Service Desk Operations Analyst, you will work alongside IT stakeholders from the Service Desk team perspective, organizing and coordinating Acquisition activities and the Global Fit for Purpose hardware refresh plans as well as assisting with the management the Service Desks digital presence.
In this role, you will transform the current cash receipts function by consolidating the current antiquated processes into one area and automating and integrating them with various systems and bank accounts. This will result in 100% accuracy of funds processed as well as standardized reporting that will balance back to each deposit and totals of amounts due client.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing the strategic direction and management of the planning, development and implementation of various projects and initiatives in support of treasury operations.
In this role, the selected candidate will review all new advisory account paperwork for accuracy and completion, coordinate funding with KIS service teams and the clearing firm, and turn over accounts to the discretionary money managers for trading.
