The Sales Engineer will be responsible for all sales of Motion Controls, Linear Motion, Linear Motors, and Actuators and components; must have experience with direct drive and motion field components/equipment.
The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies that meet the targeted sales plan. Will initiate new and service existing relationships within the Mid Continent region that includes the Midwest including Texas.
In this role, you will communicate with customers directly and through Account Executives to understand prospective customers' current network situations, perform needs analyses, and produce strategic, cost-effective network bids and solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory.
Engaged in the sales process working collaboratively with Solution Consultants on qualified opportunities; interacting with key partners, stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and manufacturer's technology offerings.
The candidate will be responsible for meeting with customers, collecting requirements and engineering solutions using our portfolio of products and the service offerings from our service catalog to deliver comprehensive solutions that address the business needs of the customer.
