The Regional Program Director, RN is responsible for the regional delivery and supervision of care management services provided for enrollees within the Managed Long Term Care Program (MLTC), in accordance with agency policy and procedures.
The responsibilities of the program director include, the development, implementation, and evaluation of program curriculum; developing, delivering, and assessing course material; overseeing and coordinating the ABET accreditation process; and student advising, evaluation, and remediation.
In this role, you will be responsible to establish and maintain strong working relationships with business partners by supporting the development and implementation of the Business strategy and Portfolio Management.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare project portfolio communication plans and related project status reports to stakeholders and senior management on strategic projects; ensure accurate project plans by initially reviewing with project teams and identifying gaps.
The curriculum focuses on training PAs to be comfortable with and provide medical care for special needs patient populations in addition to the typical PA education training of PAs. Responsibilities of this position includes, but are not restricted to, participating in the development, implementation and assessment of the Physician Assistant Program curriculum.
