The SCM General Managers duty is management of the administration, budget, and resources of the SCM department and achieving organization goal by customer satisfaction, stock reduction and cost reduction through SCM activities such as production control and procurement. Provide subject matter expertise and assist regions with the understanding and execution of the demand and supply process steps. Support regions on project execution as needed to implement supply chain best practices .
Drive/decide/consult on continuous process improvement on procurement center level in alignment with operating segment team. Coordinate/ develop/ improve ERP Data Extraction in order to improve data transparency in Spend Analytics Tools .
The position holder is responsible for the effective utilization of enterprise resource planning tools (ERP) to facilitate the efficient planning, to support the manufacturing process and on-time delivery of products and services to the companys customers. These responsibilities include the purchasing, scheduling, warehousing and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
Developing and managing the complete procurement and business development life cycle including identification of potential suppliers, contract negotiations, vetting, onboarding, performance analysis, QBRs and compliance audits.
Establishing proper inventory for each subject and controlling activities to realize the inventory; controlling slow moving inventory and planning and controlling the activities to reduction the inventory.
