The position holder is responsible for the effective utilization of enterprise resource planning tools (ERP) to facilitate the efficient planning, to support the manufacturing process and on-time delivery of products and services to the companys customers. These responsibilities include the purchasing, scheduling, warehousing and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
The Manager, Inventory Control is responsible for managing and ensuring completion of daily, weekly and monthly inventory and receiving reports in a high volume, SKU intensive facility. The Inventory Control Manager responsibilities will also include gathering and analyzing data concerning operations, inventory control and customer requirements.
Accountable for material cost, long-term assurance of supply, material availability for production/shipments, supplier quality performance, compliance to the quality system as well as all purchasing related information and data management.
Drive/decide/consult on continuous process improvement on procurement center level in alignment with operating segment team. Coordinate/ develop/ improve ERP Data Extraction in order to improve data transparency in Spend Analytics Tools .
