The Manager Enterprise Sales is responsible for all aspects of sales within the encompassing business product portfolio; this position will report to the Area Director and will be the sales lead for a team of sales representatives; prior experience in Cloud/hosting and managed services sales with experience leading, coaching, and mentoring other sales professionals in value selling, prospecting, proposal creation, and sales closing skills.
Liaison with our key Security suppliers at a regional level to quickly resolve customer facing challenges and conflicts, identify opportunities and establish and maintain Anixters credibility in the Market.
Manages an assigned sales territory and serves as the primary contact point with customers. Improves profitability of territory through growth in market share and gross margin, achieves productivity improvements and utilizes the companys technical expertise and talents.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing market analysis of market information and competitors activities.
Analyzing competitors products and cost structures for strategic advantages in increasing sales and market penetration.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholder. Strategies include but are not limited to broker planning, relationship management, account management, new business production through prospecting, targeting account initiatives, cross selling & territorial expansion.
Maintain a targeted understanding of customers business showing the ability to establish customer needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business.
Responsible for defining and implementing the New Solutions strategy in his / her respective region defining the markets, the go-to-market strategy, key accounts and customers, and internal functional support to achieve successful adoption of new deployment of software solutions.
