The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing physical assets including facility, equipment and personnel. Responsibilities also include recruiting, hiring and training personnel and facility / physical plant up-keep and capital improvement projects from cradle to grave .
This position is responsible for managing the production and maintenance activities for an approximate 100-employee plant. This position will esure safety, quality delivery and cost control of the production and maintenance activities.
This position is responsible for leading the maintenance and reliability processes in a manner that will have a direct impact on safety, quality, efficiency, cost management customer satisfaction and innovation.
In this role, you will plan, organizes and implements the necessary controls and measurements to ensure the efficient, cost effective manufacturing operations that obtain objectives in the areas of Safety, Productivity, Cost, Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in the maintenance of high standard of sanitation, housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the process facilities and adjoining grounds, by managing the work of all maintenance employees.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure repairs and maintenance to facilities and equipment are completed in a safe efficient manner; work with production and maintenance personnel to ensure the facility and equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
In this role, the selected candidate will plan and execute capital improvement projects for expansion and/or upgrade of aluminum extrusion and rolling mill facilities. Develop project scope, feasibility, cost estimates and schedule.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure that all programs/project/services are consistently delivered to agreed client expectations taking account of time, budget, quality and acceptable risk.
Ensure all maintenance activities and associated costs are appropriately identified and properly recorded to the asset level to support asset repair and renewal decisions along with Capital Improvement Planning (CIP).
