The Human Resource Business Partner function is critical in executing our people initiatives by providing exceptional internal customer support, driving HR functional excellence and promoting process improvement.
This position also provides company wide support in functional areas of human resources which includes maintaining competitive profiles, producing and distributing reports, administering group insurance, Security Clearances, billing, etc.
In this role, you will provides advice to employees related to WWCCAC human resources and labour relations issues and practices, including interpretation of policy, legislation and collective agreements.

In this role, you will manage employee changes, special pays, employee updates, Tuition Reimbursement requests and report running. The selected candidate will accurately respond to written and oral inquiries from employees and managers regarding HR questions, issues, problems, and status changes.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifies and analyzes employee relations matters and recommends appropriate employment action to maintain a productive work environment, achieve optimal performance and minimize risk for the company.
Manages assigned follow up activities stemming from employee surveys, i.e., roundtables, action planning, and subsequent employee communications to drive positive change and two-way communications within the organization.
