In this role, you will ensure compliance with MSFC and Cobham policies and procedures; have supervisory responsibility for general ledger maintenance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets & Payroll; be responsible for month end/ year end reporting accuracy.
Lead overall store operations and profitability with responsibility for achieving sales, payroll, and operating contribution results. Hire, develop and inspire a top-performing store team who drive the business and exceed customer expectations.
Develop and execute strategy to drive sales and build customer loyalty through store programs including but not limited to; networking, culinary classes and events, credit card, gift registry and community outreach.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead and manage all aspects of Facility, including but not limited to sales and business development, operations, safety, material procurement, quality and logistics.
