In this role, you will perform reliability testing, preventative maintenance, system inspection/evaluation, troubleshooting, repairs and engineering services on power distribution systems & equipment including low, medium and high voltage systems in such a manner as to ensure optimal system reliability.
The primary responsibility of the role is to provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. Checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment.
In this role, you will provide technical and part identification support to STERIS internal and external customers on all brands and models of STERIS products, past and present. Includes sales, service and operational support. Professionally responds to incoming call and e-mail volume to coincide with department statistics and standards to meet customer call demand requirements.
