In this role, you will provide the direction, oversight, and coordination of all functions and activities of the Facilities Management Departments, including Engineering, Plant Operations, and Facilities Management.
In this role, the selected candidate develops long- and short-term plans for assigned product/territory with corresponding State Executives; directs development of pricing and contract changes for product.
The ideal candidate will possess a depth and breadth of experience leading clinical development operations, operational planning and overseeing delivery of clinical studies within projected budgets, time line and deliver of quality metrics. This is a leadership position which requires exemplary management and leadership of a team of direct reports.
The Global Director will be responsible for developing robust project assessment and management programs to ensure that identified TT projects have met established criteria (e.g. need, priority, resource, process robustness) and then to establish individual projects schedules and milestones.

In this role, the selected candidate directs the overall operations for assigned Regional Ambulatory locations to include budget development, clinical operations and patient access, employee management and non-staff productivity; assists in the development of initiatives aligned with the Clinical institute and enterprise strategies.
